We tailor supported employment services to be continuous to clients that have significant disabilities to help them aim and reach their goals of working in the competitive workforce for equal pay. We also design job searches that align with the clients’ interests, wants, strengths, skills, and likes. These services will provide job coaches who will help the client learn their job duties as well customized tasks and soft skills, reach employment goals, time management, etc. according to their person-centered service plan (PCSP).
